A Private, Coeducational Day & Boarding School
Towergate Schools is a private, coeducational day and boarding school in Ipaja, Alimosho, Lagos. Founded in 2001 with its secondary school, we expanded a year later to include nursery and primary sections, and in 2006 introduced a Sixth Form programme offering Cambridge International A Levels.
Today, we educate students from crèche to Cambridge International A Levels on a single campus. For over two decades, our commitment to academic excellence and strong moral values has attracted students from across Nigeria and countries including the United Kingdom, the United States, Ghana, Togo, Benin Republic, and Niger.
What sets us apart is not a single facility or programme, but the way everything comes together: a rigorous curriculum, dedicated teachers who know every child by name, a calm and structured boarding environment, and a strong moral foundation that develops character alongside academic excellence.

Our History
Founded in 2001, with nursery and primary added in 2002 and our Cambridge Sixth Form launched in 2006, Towergate has grown into a full crèche-to-Cambridge A Level coeducational day and boarding school.

To provide qualitative, well rounded education in a safe and nurturing environment; to develop each child’s mind, character and talents; and to prepare confident, principled young people ready to lead and serve.
