Starting from the Board of Governors to Administrative Assistants, Towergate Private Schools group is privileged to have very enviable human resources.

The Chairman Board of Governors, Alh. Kamar’deen Owode, fondly called Kamar, a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of the prestigious Pan African University (formerly Lagos Business School), is a First Class Honours graduate of Surveying from the University of Lagos, who equally holds two Masters degrees in Business Administration and Surveying from the same University.

A recipient of several academic awards, Alh. Owode won the prizes of best graduating student in geodesy and photogrammetry. He also won University of Lagos scholarship for postgraduate studies.

He taught briefly at Alpha Tutors, a professional accountancy and management training institute in Lagos, and has at various times worked in the following industries; Mortgage Banking, Non Banking Financial Institutions and Real Estate. He is presently the Managing Partner of Owode Kamar & Co (a firm of Chartered Accountants), Chairman of Bolf Limited (a real estate company) and Chairman, Ijebu Ife Micro Finance Bank. He is widely traveled and has attended various courses and seminars within and outside the country.

A member of Rotary Club International, he is happily married with children.

The Proprietress, Mrs Funmilayo Owode, a Higher National Diploma (HND) degree holder in Accountancy from the famous Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, has in addition a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the Lagos State University.

She had a brief stint with Mobil Producing Nigeria as an attachee before transferring her services to Mojibola Oluwa & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants, where she gained considerable experience in auditing practice, accountancy and management consultancy.

A lover of children, the amiable Mrs Owode is widely travelled and has attended various courses and seminars within and outside the country.. She is happily married with children.

.Towergate Private School is blessed with good, experienced and dedicated staff. The principal officers are Mr. Raphael Olukayode Ashefor, a seasoned teacher and school administrator, a 1984 honours graduate of Linguistics of the University of Benin who also holds a PGDE from the University of Calabar (serves as the Principal);

Mr. Morakinyo Asefon, a 1992 honours graduate of the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) is the Headmaster; Mr. Olanrewaju Akande who holds a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering degree from the Federal University of Technology, Minna (1996) and a PGDE, occupies the office of Vice Principal Academics and Mr. Davidson Omole, the Registrar has a Bachelor of Education degree from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and Masters in Educational Administration of the University of Ilorin.

The Advanced Level School Coordinator is Mr. Ebenezer Omotayo who has Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in geophysics and is currently rounding off his Ph.D in the same discipline at the University of Lagos.

All the other teachers are graduates of different cadres with professional qualifications. In-service training, seminars and workshops are organized regularly for all staff to up-date their knowledge. The non-teaching staff are well selected and properly manned in their respective assignments. The bursar, secretary, library staff, nurse, drivers, cooks and security guards have requisite training in their areas of specialisation. Even the cleaners are highly responsible and alive to their assignments.
